Payment options

At the moment, it is not possible to make payments online through our website. Payments can be made in cash, through MobilePay, as well as with credit cards on-site.

Booking and Cancellation

Hotel Rooms

Cancellation should be done by email to kontakt@nyhattenaes.com with the subject: CANCELLATION.

For reservations of 1 – 5 rooms, you can cancel free of charge until 12:00 PM the day before arrival.

For cancellations made after 12:00 PM on the day before arrival, the person making the reservation is obligated to pay 100% of the cost.

In case of a no-show, the person making the reservation is obligated to pay 100% of the reserved amount.

For reservations of more than 5 rooms, group cancellation rules apply.

Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival; thereafter, you will be held responsible for the reservation.

The deadline for the number of rooms is 1 month before arrival. At least 2 weeks before arrival, we kindly request a list of names.

Events

Reservation Fee Once the event is confirmed, a reservation fee of 5000 DKK will be charged, which will be deducted from the invoice after the event.

The fee will only be refunded if the cancellation occurs more than 6 months before the event.

Additionally, 75% of the total price will be charged one month before the event.

Cancellation of the Event

– Up to 60 days before the event, you can cancel freely, and the deposit will be refunded.

– Between 59 and 30 days before the event, 25 percent of the confirmed price will be charged.

– Between 29 and 14 days before the event, 50 percent of the confirmed price will be charged.

– Between 13 and 9 days before the event, 75 percent of the confirmed price will be charged.

– Less than 8 days before the event, 90 percent of the confirmed price will be charged.

Reduction in the Number of Participants

The final number of participants must be communicated no later than 7 days before the party.

A reduction of up to 10 percent of the confirmed number of participants can be made without a cancellation fee up to 14 days before the event.

If the reduction is more than 10 percent or if a later cancellation is made, the confirmed number of participants will be charged at the full price.

Liability for damages

Both the guest and Hotel Ny Hattenæs are obligated to adhere to the reservation agreement.

However, in the event of force majeure and force majeure-like situations, Hotel Ny Hattenæs cannot be held responsible for cancellations without notice. Force majeure refers to extraordinary circumstances that are beyond Hotel Ny Hattenæs’ direct control, including but not limited to fire, accidents, water damage, strikes/lockouts, and illness among the staff.

Any compensation related to the non-compliance of the agreement in all other cases except for force majeure cannot exceed the total price of the reservation, and any indirect losses, such as lost profits, will not be covered.

Valuables/Storage of luggage, etc.

Hotel Ny Hattenæs cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of valuables/luggage in rooms or on the hotel premises, including during luggage storage.

Lost Items

Valuables and/or luggage left or forgotten in rooms and on the hotel premises will be kept for up to 3 months after departure, after which they will be turned over to lost and found.

Parking

There is free parking for guests at Ny Hattenæs. Hotel Ny Hattenæs cannot be held responsible for vandalism or theft of/in the parked vehicle on the hotel premises.
